February 17, 2005 Dear Bruce, Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with the windows that your company installed in my house. They look great, and... they have greatly improved the appearance of the outside and inside of my home. My house seems to stay a little warmer now that they are in, and I'm sure they will help keep the house cooler in the summer time. For now it's just great having windows that work and look nice. I would like all of your people, Steve, Ron, Frank, Mick, John and all the others involved, to know what a credit they are to your company. Courteous, pleasant, professional, helpful, and friendly are only a few of the terms that I can think of to describe your staff.
